Refund policy

CORÈLE wants every purchase to feel safe. If a product is not right for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. Return conditions

A product qualifies for return/exchange when it meets all conditions:

  • ✅ Original tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • ✅ Unworn, unwashed, not ironed, and free of damage caused by the user.
  • ✅ Within 30 days of delivery (per the carrier's delivery confirmation).
  • ✅ With the order receipt (order number, email).

2. Items not eligible for return

  • ❌ Final Sale items (discounted more than 50%).
  • ❌ Underwear items, for hygiene reasons.
  • ❌ Items that have been worn or washed, or that carry perfume/cosmetic traces.
  • ❌ Items damaged by the user (tears, broken stitching, stains).

3. Free returns (CORÈLE covers shipping both ways)

  • 🟢 Wrong style, wrong colour or wrong size delivered.
  • 🟢 Manufacturing defects (loose threads, misaligned seams, missing buttons…).
  • 🟢 Damage that occurred during transport.

4. How to return

Step 1: Contact CORÈLE within 30 days

Email nhatngo@levelupvn.com with:

  • Order number (e.g. #1234)
  • Reason for the return/exchange
  • 2–3 photos of the product (especially for defects)
  • Your request: size exchange / style exchange / refund

Step 2: Get a reply within 24 working hours

CORÈLE will confirm your request and send packing instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Send the product back

  • Pack carefully in the original box/bag.
  • Use a tracked courier service.
  • Shipping cost: paid by you for personal-preference returns; paid by CORÈLE when the issue is on our side.

Step 4: Inspection and resolution

  • Within 3–5 working days of receiving the return, CORÈLE inspects and resolves it.
  • If the product meets the conditions → we ship the replacement or issue the refund.
  • If not → we notify you and send the product back (shipping paid by the customer).

5. Refunds

  • Card / wallet payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • COD payments: refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide within 3 working days.
  • Exchanges: the new item ships within 2–4 working days.

6. Size exchange

You can exchange the size of each item free of charge once within 30 days. CORÈLE covers the exchange shipping for the replacement item.
