CORÈLE ships across the European Union with trusted carriers. Every order is processed and handed to the carrier within 24 working hours of payment (or order confirmation for COD).
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to European Union countries, including Poland, Spain, Italy, Czechia and Germany.
If your country is not available at checkout, contact us by email and we will try to help.
2. Carriers
Depending on the destination, CORÈLE uses reputable international and local carriers with full tracking on every order.
3. Shipping fees and delivery times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Typical delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
4. Free shipping
🎁 Free shipping on orders of €59 or more.
This applies alongside any other ongoing promotions.
5. Order processing
- Orders placed before 14:00 (working days): handed to the carrier the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends: handed over the next working day.
- Public holidays: processing may take 1–2 extra days; CORÈLE will notify you by email.
6. Tracking
As soon as the carrier picks up your parcel, you receive an email with:
- The tracking number
- A direct tracking link on the carrier's website
- The carrier's contact details if you need them
7. Receiving your order
- You may inspect the outside of the parcel (without breaking the seal) before accepting it.
- For COD orders, parcel-opening rules depend on the carrier's policy in your country.
- If you notice transport damage, refuse the delivery and contact CORÈLE immediately.
8. Order not received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time + 3 days, contact:

CORÈLE will investigate with the carrier and reply within 24 hours.
9. Failed delivery
- 1st attempt: the carrier retries within 24 hours if you cannot be reached.
- 2nd attempt: the carrier contacts you by phone.
- 3rd failed attempt: the parcel returns to the CORÈLE warehouse.
You can still request redelivery, with an additional shipping fee.
